About surrender

This evening when it was clear the slave was not feeling well enough yet for a session, it felt very submissive when it asked its Master to give it some more space this evening instead of a training session. That has to do with being in touch with its feeling of being owned and the feelings of humility and respect from which such a question then comes. Respect for its own feelings, and from that place within itself, respect for its Master and His ownership of this slave.

In the past this slave was more inclined to think of slavery as something more to do with being forced, having no say in the matter, etc. Elements that are part of it, but a view only based on that does not sit well with the idea of a slave saying it doesn't feel well enough to be used, which would then almost be like having to pause / stop the slavery.

Instead, it is "simply" about being honest and open, trusting its Master to make the right decisions and then fully accepting those. Decisions based on what He assesses that the slave needs at any given moment, which is not necessarily the same as what the slave wants. And that view and feeling of surrender is why the slave may ask for some space, get it without question, and then still feel deeply submissive about it. Its current state of not feeling well enough not a situation that "hinders" its submission, but something that can feed and strengthen it.
